Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes, there is onsite parking at the venue and at the hotel. If you are staying at the Isle Hotel, it is attached to the convention center via skywalk- so no need to drive over to the wedding unless you’d like to!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! When you complete the RSVP form, you will be asked about any dietary restrictions. Please let us know at this time. If you didn’t note it on your RSVP, or if something has changed, no problem! Please text Shell, Michael, Carolyn, or Michelle, or leave a private comment below.

What time should we arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to ceremony start time so you can be relaxed in finding a seat and getting comfortable.

Is there a recommended dress code?

Cocktail attire!

What are the Covid Policies?

We are monitoring local guidelines and trends closely and will update this section as the wedding gets closer! We chose a large venue so we will be able to stay below 50% capacity for the venue with all of our guests in attendance.

How can I get there if I don’t live in the Quad Cities?

If you don’t live within driving distance, one option would be to fly into The Quad Cities International Airport! The airport is only about a 10 minute drive from the hotel and wedding venue, and flights are available from Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, and a few other hubs!

Another option would be to fly into Chicago or Des Moines and drive about 2-3 hours to the Quad Cities! There are shuttle services offered from both of those airports to the Quad Cities as well!

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Of course! Please use our wedding hashtag #ShellGoesScholl when posting about our special day so we can enjoy all your pictures!
